Remuneration Details for Contract Drivers
Contract drivers will be paid at the rate of 2.06 per kilometer.
If duty is performed for 22 days or more in a month and a minimum of 5,000 km is driven, an extra ₹3,000 will be paid.
If duty is consistently performed for at least 22 days per month and 5,000 km monthly throughout the financial year, 14 days leave (7+7) and an incentive of ₹1,500–3,000–4,500 will be provided.
After 2 years of continuous service and meeting standard km/workdays, a fixed monthly payment of ₹17,726 or ₹20,726 will be given after applicable EPF deductions.
In case of death during duty, the family will receive ₹5 lakhs under the Unnamed Accident Insurance Scheme and ₹7.5 lakhs under the Passenger Relief Scheme.
Facility of family free pass and additional allowance for night halt during night bus operations.
Upon signing the contract and receiving salary in an Indian Bank account for 3 months, a ₹1 crore accident insurance cover will be provided.
